When you book a ride or contact us, we collect the basics needed to serve you: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, and trip details. Our online booking is processed through our secure booking partner.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with marketers. Your trip details stay between you, your chauffeur, and our dispatch.
Our website may use basic cookies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@carserviceminneapolis.com and we'll take care of it.
